Litian Pictures Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 9958) issued an announcement detailing a delay in publishing its 2024–25 final results and confirming the continued suspension of trading in its shares. The company attributed the primary cause of the postponement to the late-June 2025 resignation of its chief financial officer, who oversaw audit preparations. This departure occurred during a key period and, combined with insufficient handover processes, hampered the group’s ability to fulfill its auditors’ requests promptly.
The announcement also highlighted that the auditors’ going concern assessment further complicated the process. Additional supporting documents have been requested, including financial support undertakings from the ultimate controlling parties, legal opinions for proceedings initiated by certain creditors and lenders, and extended negotiations with existing lenders and suppliers. These factors continue to prolong the finalization of the results.
According to the announcement, Litian Pictures expects to release its 2024–25 final results on or before 14 November 2025. Trading in the company’s shares has been suspended since 2 October 2025 and will remain so until the publication of the results.
