Jinchuan Group Holds Talks with PICC Group

On November 19, Cheng Dongquan, General Manager and Deputy Party Committee Secretary of Jinchuan Group, met with Zou Jiatong, General Manager of PICC Pension’s Gansu Center, and his delegation. The two sides held discussions on industrial development, financial support, and business cooperation, reaching a consensus for collaboration.

Cheng Dongquan welcomed Zou Jiatong and his team, expressing appreciation for PICC and PICC Pension’s contributions to Gansu’s economic and social development as well as their support for provincial enterprises. After detailing Jinchuan Group’s core strengths in global nickel and cobalt precious metals, new energy and materials industries, and green low-carbon transformation, Cheng emphasized that Jinchuan, as a large state-owned enterprise, shares strategic alignment with PICC in serving the real economy and supporting high-quality industrial development.

He proposed deepening cooperation in corporate annuities, project investment, and financing by establishing a regular communication mechanism to expand collaboration. The goal is to create a mutually beneficial partnership that leverages complementary strengths for shared growth.

Zou Jiatong thanked Jinchuan Group for its long-term trust and support, praising its remarkable achievements over six decades. He highlighted PICC Pension’s expertise in corporate annuity management and investment operations, pledging tailored financial solutions that balance security and returns for Jinchuan’s strategic needs. Utilizing a full-process digital management platform, PICC Pension aims to enhance service efficiency while coordinating with PICC Property & Casualty to meet Jinchuan’s diversified insurance demands.

Zou expressed optimism that both sides would strengthen ties, broaden cooperation channels, and accelerate implementation to inject momentum into high-quality development.

The meeting was attended by Cai Juan, CFO of Jinchuan Group, Zhou Jiming, Deputy General Manager of PICC Property & Casualty’s Gansu Branch, and representatives from relevant departments of both parties.
