Midea Group Repurchases 3.16 Million A-Shares for RMB 249.99 Million, Trimming Free-Float by 0.046%

Midea Group Co., Ltd. disclosed on 17 June 2026 that it repurchased 3,158,280 A-shares on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The buyback, executed at prices between RMB 78.60 and RMB 79.57 per share, involved a total cash outlay of RMB 249.99 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) fell from 6,823.18 million to 6,820.02 million, a reduction of 0.046%. Treasury shares increased to 142.57 million, while the group’s total issued share capital remained stable at 6,962.59 million shares. The repurchased shares have been classified as treasury stock and are designated for a future reduction of registered share capital.

Management confirmed that the operation complied with all relevant regulations of both the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and that full payment for the shares has been completed.
