Guohuan Town Cracks Down on Illegal Non-Agricultural Construction to Firmly Protect Arable Land

Deep News11-02 20:10

On November 2, Guohuan Town launched a joint law enforcement operation, demolishing five illegal houses built on unlawfully occupied arable land in a centralized effort to regulate the order of rural construction land use.

Over the past days, law enforcement officers repeatedly carried out legal education and persuasion regarding the illegal occupation of arable land, strictly following statutory procedures such as notification and urging, and pushing the parties involved to complete rectification within a set deadline.

For those sites that failed to complete rectification on time, Guohuan Town maintained a tough stance, organizing compulsory demolition in accordance with legal procedures, effectively cracking down on the disorderly occupation of land.

Guohuan Town will always uphold the bottom line of arable land protection, continue to improve the long-term management and control mechanism for arable land protection, and at the same time deepen policy publicity and guidance, striving to maintain a well-regulated and orderly land management order within its jurisdiction.
