In May 2026, the developer recorded contracted sales of approximately RMB35.00 million, with attributable contracted sales at RMB32.00 million. Corresponding gross floor area (GFA) sold totaled 2,788 sq.m., of which 2,530 sq.m. was attributable. The average selling price (ASP) stood at roughly RMB12,622 per sq.m., with an attributable ASP of about RMB12,802 per sq.m.
For the five months ended 31 May 2026, contracted sales reached RMB185.00 million, and attributable contracted sales were RMB182.00 million. Cumulative GFA sold amounted to 14,225 sq.m., including 13,968 sq.m. on an attributable basis. The year-to-date ASP averaged RMB13,023 per sq.m., with an attributable ASP of RMB13,061 per sq.m.
