CSSC Offshore & Marine Engineering (Group) Company Limited (COMEC) has released updated details of its final dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.

The board declared an ordinary cash dividend of RMB1.35 for every 10 shares held. Shareholders are scheduled to approve the payout on 27 May 2026. The Hong Kong dollar equivalent and applicable exchange rate will be announced later.
