According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on December 15, a shareholder of NEXION TECH (08420) transferred shares from CLSA to UBS Securities Hong Kong Limited, with a transfer value of HK$5.66 million, accounting for 17.71% of the holdings.
NEXION TECH's interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2025, showed that the group recorded revenue of HK$7.95 million, a year-on-year increase of 14.5%. However, the loss attributable to equity holders was HK$1.32 million, narrowing by 63.07% compared to the same period last year.
