Chiho Environmental Group Limited announced that Wun Chun Yip has resigned as Company Secretary and as an authorised representative under both Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, effective 10 July 2026. Upon his departure, Wun will no longer hold any positions within the Group and has confirmed no disagreements with the Board or issues requiring shareholder attention.
Effective the same date, the Board has appointed Chan Chiu Hung Alex as the new Company Secretary and authorised representative. Chan, aged 60, satisfies the professional qualifications stipulated in Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules and brings more than 20 years of governance experience with multiple Hong Kong–listed companies. His recent roles include company secretary positions at CMON Limited (since October 2025), Hua Xia Water Group Limited (January–October 2025), and KNT Holdings Limited (since November 2024). Chan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) in Finance from Hong Kong Baptist University and several fellow memberships, including The Chartered Governance Institute (UK) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
The Board expressed gratitude to Wun for his service and extended a welcome to Chan.
Trading in Chiho Environmental’s shares has been suspended since 9:00 a.m. on 1 April 2025 and will remain halted pending fulfilment of resumption guidance. The company will issue further announcements in accordance with Listing Rule requirements. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares.
