Bulletin Express10-15

Inspur Digital Enterprise Technology Limited (INSPUR DIGI ENT) disclosed that it bought back 0.10 million ordinary shares on 15 October 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HKD 1.71 and HKD 1.73 per share, equivalent to a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 1.72. The total consideration amounted to HKD 0.17 million.

Following the repurchase, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell to 1.22 billion, down 0.01%, while the total number of treasury shares increased to 5.59 million. Overall issued capital remained unchanged at 1.22 billion shares, as the repurchased stock will be held in treasury for future employee equity incentive schemes rather than cancelled.

The transaction was executed under the general mandate approved on 17 June 2026, which authorises the repurchase of up to 121.94 million shares. Cumulative buybacks under this mandate now stand at 3.12 million shares, representing 0.26% of the company’s outstanding shares at the mandate date, leaving capacity for an additional 118.82 million shares.

Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, INSPUR DIGI ENT is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares, effective until 14 November 2026.
