DONGFENG GROUP Reports 228,518 Vehicle Sales in First Two Months, a 1.2% Increase

DONGFENG GROUP (00489) announced its cumulative vehicle sales for the first two months of the year reached 228,518 units, representing a year-on-year increase of approximately 1.2%. Sales of new energy vehicles amounted to 67,163 units, marking a significant growth of about 51.8% compared to the same period last year. The company's parent entity, Dongfeng Motor Corporation, reported cumulative sales of 295,939 vehicles for the January-February period, an increase of roughly 6.3%. Meanwhile, the company's subsidiary, Dongfeng Automobile Co., Ltd. (600006.SH), recorded cumulative sales of 18,275 units, reflecting a slight decrease of approximately 0.9%.
