Dongjiang Environmental Company Limited announced that its forthcoming board of directors meeting, initially planned for 28 August 2026, has been moved forward by one day to 27 August 2026. All other arrangements for the session remain unchanged, according to the company’s statement dated 19 August 2026.
The board currently consists of eight members: three executive directors (Wang Bi’an, Li Xiangli and Zhu Lintao), two non-executive directors (Liu Xiaoxuan and Hu Ruifang) and three independent non-executive directors (Lee Kwok Tung Louis, Li Jinhui and Xiang Ling).
