Ming Yuan Cloud released its 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report, covering operations from 1 January to 31 December 2025 and approved by the board on 18 March 2026.
Governance • The board retains ultimate ESG oversight, supported by senior management and a cross-functional working group. • No corruption cases or legal proceedings were reported; a three-tier whistle-blowing framework and negative-behaviour list remain in force. • The company maintained an A rating from Wind ESG and achieved a score of 33 from S&P Global.
Innovation and Industry Impact • R&D expenditure reached RMB 374.00 million, representing 53.5% of the 889-strong R&D workforce and rising 7.2% year-on-year. • Key launches included “Smart Park 3.0”, AI-driven marketing tools (“AI Salesman”, “AI Live Streaming Player”, “AI Creative Studio”) and an upgraded cost-management platform. • Localisation progress: 90% of the Skyline PaaS product line now runs on domestic chips, databases, middleware and operating systems. More than 300 customer projects completed ITAI localisation migration during the year. • New overseas projects deployed digital-twin marketing solutions in Malaysia and Indonesia; Hong Kong contractors adopted the “LinkForce” smart-site platform to meet 4S safety standards.
Environmental Performance • Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions totalled 0.79 kilotonnes of CO₂-equivalent; Scope 3 emissions were 4.05 kilotonnes. • Total energy use was 1.65 GWh, while water consumption fell 22% to 9,639 m³. • The Shenzhen headquarters achieved carbon-neutral certification through green-power purchases and certified offsets. • Battery-recycling bins, paperless processes and smart-lighting controls underpin waste-reduction and energy-saving initiatives.
Social Indicators • Headcount stood at 1,663 (65% male, 35% female); 94% of middle and senior managers received anti-corruption training. • Average training time was 5.1 hours per employee and 95% of staff completed courses. • No work-related fatalities occurred; lost-time injuries resulted in 32 lost days. • Employee assistance was expanded with gym facilities, meditation rooms and a 24-hour psychological hotline. • The “Yuan Public Welfare” programme funded rural-education projects, donating books, sports equipment and expert teaching support.
Supply Chain and Customer Service • The supplier base comprised 390 companies, primarily in South (155) and East China (96). • A dual-track admission and evaluation system screens environmental, social and governance risks; all suppliers sign integrity agreements. • Customer-support upgrades cut average response time to two hours with 100% order completion and a 95% satisfaction score; 67 complaints were fully resolved.
Outlook Ming Yuan Cloud commits to peak operational emissions by 2030, advance product localisation, deepen AI commercial deployment and expand its “Yuan Public Welfare” footprint while maintaining stringent governance and green-operation targets.
