Some cannabis shares & ETFs continued to jump in premarket trading following reports that President Donald Trump would loosen federal restrictions on marijuana. MSOS up 6%; Tilray, CGC up over 4%.
Gold and silver stocks shined in premarket trading. First Majestic Silver up over 4%; Pan American Silver, Coeur Mining up over 3%.
Spot silver rose 3% to $63.92 per ounce while spot gold rose 1% to $4,347.5 per ounce.
