The commission has lifted the detention measures against Mr. Wang Zengduo, the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, and chairman.
Currently, Mr. Wang has resumed normal duties as the legal representative, chairman, and member of relevant board committees. The company's production and operations remain unaffected. Mr. Yang Huaizhong, director and general manager, will no longer act on behalf of Mr. Wang in these roles.
