On May 4, a shareholder of MEXAN Holdings transferred shares from Hong Zhi Securities to Futu Securities International (Hong Kong). The transferred shares had a market value of HK$7.57 million, representing 5.92% of the company's issued share capital. These shares represented approximately 67.47% of the company's then-issued share capital and constituted the entire holding of the seller prior to completion. The settlement for all placed shares occurred on April 9, 2026.
