The company's board of supervisors received a written resignation letter from its employee representative supervisor, Ms. Zhao Lixuan, on July 15, 2026. Ms. Zhao resigned from her position to pursue other career opportunities, with her resignation becoming effective from that date.
Ms. Ren Fangyuan was elected as the new employee representative supervisor for the company at a staff representative assembly. Her term commenced on July 15, 2026, and will continue until the conclusion of the current supervisory board's tenure.
