According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Wang Dongxing increased his holding of Sunshine Paper (02002) by 292,000 shares on September 24 at HK$1.4735 per share, for a total consideration of approximately HK$430,300.

Following the increase, his latest shareholding stands at approximately 349 million shares, representing a latest stake of 32.78%.

The transaction involves related parties: Wu Rong, Shi Weixin, and Wang Changhai. Supplementary information: Under section 318 of the SFO, Mr. Wang Dongxing is deemed to be interested in the 3,840,000 shares of China Sunshine Paper Holdings Co. Ltd. held by Mr. Wang Changhai.
