Billion Ind Maintains 2.11 Billion Issued Shares in August; Public Float Requirement Met

Billion Industrial Holdings Limited (Billion Ind) reported no changes to its share capital structure for the month ended 31 August 2026, according to its latest filing with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited dated 1 September 2026.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million. Issued shares were unchanged at 2.11 billion, and the firm held no treasury shares at month-end.

Billion Ind confirmed that it continued to satisfy the Main Board’s minimum public-float threshold of 25% of issued shares.

No share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked instruments were issued, exercised or outstanding during the period.

Although the August report showed no new buybacks, 38,000 shares repurchased on 15 May 2026 remained pending cancellation at month-end.

The submission was signed by Company Secretary Law Hoi Ching, who affirmed compliance with all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements.
