The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell on Friday and notched its fifth straight week of losses as investors remain cautious about the war between Russia and Ukraine. The S&P 500 has suffered -12% decline from its peak, and 9% from peak-to-trough since Russia-Ukraine headlines in early Feb. Besides the S&P 500, both DJIA and NASDAQ have also fallen around 10% & 20% respectively this year. Crude prices have soared above $110 since the invasion. In fact, it hits $130 at one stage. With geopolitical situation deteriorating and sanctions tightening, it looks like thing will get worse before it gets better.
