Capital Realm Financial Holdings Group Limited provided additional details regarding its New Share Scheme, adopted on 30 September 2024, which are supplemental to the 2025 Annual Report. The total number of options and awards available for grant under the scheme as of the end of the financial year on 31 March 2025 was 86,478,971 shares, equivalent to 10% of the Company’s issued shares at the date of adoption. A sublimit of 8,647,897 shares, representing 1% of the total issued shares, applies to service providers.

As of the date of the 2025 Annual Report, 86,478,971 shares were available for issue under the scheme, representing approximately 8.33% of the Company’s issued share capital on 31 March 2025. Under the plan terms, options and awards can be exercised after vesting, for up to 10 years from the offer date. The supplemental disclosure does not affect other information in the 2025 Annual Report, and all other published information remains unchanged.
