J.P. Morgan Securities Reports Net Purchase of 0.84 Million CON AERO TECH Shares at HK$0.48 Each During Delisting Process

Bulletin Express09-14

Continental Aerospace Technologies Holding Limited (CON AERO TECH) disclosed on 14 September 2026 that J.P. Morgan Securities PLC—classified as a Class (5) associate of the Offeror—executed equity-swap–related hedging trades in the company’s shares on 11 September 2026, under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers.

J.P. Morgan sold 384,000 shares at an average price of HK$0.48, generating proceeds of approximately HK$0.18 million, and separately purchased 1.22 million shares at the same price, spending about HK$0.58 million. The two transactions resulted in a net acquisition of 0.84 million shares for a net cash outflow of roughly HK$0.40 million.

Both trades involved “other types of securities (equity swaps)” executed as hedges for Delta 1 products arising from wholly unsolicited client orders, and were undertaken on J.P. Morgan’s own account. The disclosure comes amid CON AERO TECH’s proposed delisting process, during which associates of the Offeror are required to report dealings in the company’s securities.

J.P. Morgan Securities PLC is ultimately owned by JPMorgan Chase & Co. The announcement did not provide further details on the delisting timeline or additional transactions.
