China Anchu Energy Storage to Vote on HK$10.00 Million Authorised Capital Expansion, Director Re-elections at 27 May 2026 AGM

China Anchu Energy Storage Group Limited will hold its Annual General Meeting on 27 May 2026 at 3:00 p.m. (Unit 1703, 17/F, Lyndhurst Tower, Central, Hong Kong). Shareholders will vote on 11 ordinary resolutions covering financial statements, board composition, auditor appointment and capital management tools. Key items are outlined below.

Major business items 1. Financial statements: Shareholders will receive and consider the audited consolidated results for the year ended 31 December 2025 together with the directors’ and auditors’ reports.

2. Board structure: Re-election of two executive directors (Mr Kwok Hon Fung and Mr Duan Huiyuan) and two independent non-executive directors (Mr Poon Yick Pang Philip, who has served more than nine years, and Mr Ma Yu-heng). The board also seeks authority to set directors’ remuneration.

3. Auditor: Proposal to re-appoint Suya WWC CPA Limited for the financial year ending 31 December 2026, with the board authorised to fix the fees.

Capital-related resolutions 4. Issuance mandate: Authorisation for the board to allot and issue new shares (including any sale or transfer of treasury shares) up to 20% of the issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) on the meeting date.

5. Share buy-back mandate: Authority to repurchase shares representing up to 10% of the issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) on the meeting date.

6. Mandate extension: Conditional on approval of the above two mandates, the share issuance limit will be enlarged by the number of shares repurchased.

7. Authorised capital increase: The company proposes to double its authorised share capital to HK$20.00 million from HK$10.00 million by creating 4,000,000,000 additional shares of HK$0.0025 each, increasing the total authorised shares to 8,000,000,000.

Administrative information • Shareholders entitled to attend may appoint one or more proxies; if no proxy is named, the chairman of the meeting will act as proxy. • Signed proxy forms must be lodged with Boardroom Share Registrars (HK) Limited no later than 48 hours before the meeting time.

Approval of these resolutions will give China Anchu Energy Storage additional flexibility to manage its capital structure, refresh its board term and appoint external auditors for the 2026 financial year.
