Environmental Performance • Greenhouse-gas emissions were limited to 29.60 tCO₂e, entirely Scope 2 electricity emissions, translating into 0.63 tCO₂e per full-time employee—3.10% lower than 2024. • Electricity use reached 43.71 MWh, or 0.93 MWh per employee; strict air-conditioning controls and LED lighting helped hold intensity flat year-on-year. • Water consumption totalled 376 m³, maintaining an intensity of 8 m³ per employee. • Non-hazardous waste amounted to 5.64 tonnes (0.12 tonnes per employee); paper-saving initiatives support the target of keeping waste intensity at or below this level in 2026. • The company reported no hazardous waste and remained fully compliant with all PRC environmental regulations.
Climate Governance & Targets The board oversees climate strategy through a three-tier ESG structure. Management aims to keep or lower GHG, energy and water intensities in the next reporting cycle, and scenario analysis aligned with TCFD and HKEX guidelines informs risk planning.
Social Metrics • Headcount stood at 47 full-time and 63 part-time employees. The full-time turnover rate was 8.70%. • Average training totalled 60 hours per employee, with 100% coverage across all staff tiers; 196 hours of anti-corruption training were delivered to directors and employees. • No work-related injuries or fatalities occurred during the year, sustaining a three-year record of zero incidents. • Employee benefits include full statutory “five insurances and one housing fund,” paid leave, and an annual salary-adjustment mechanism.
Supply Chain & Product Responsibility • Twenty-one domestic suppliers were evaluated against environmental, social and integrity criteria; non-compliant vendors face removal from the approved list. • The firm registered 2,274 audio, editorial and graphic copyrights, 74 software copyrights, 5 patents and 71 trademarks, underpinning continued investment in product R&D and intellectual-property protection. • No customer complaints were recorded, and platform stability is safeguarded by stringent maintenance protocols that forbid network changes during peak hours. • Privacy protection is enforced through a dedicated Data Privacy Policy, password controls and data-backup procedures.
Ethics & Community Involvement • The Anti-Fraud Management System includes confidential whistle-blowing channels and disciplinary measures; no corruption cases were reported in 2025. • Staff contributed roughly 650 hours to community service projects in Guangzhou, averaging 13.80 hours per employee.
Awards & Industry Recognition During the year LVJI TECH received the “Five-Star Trade Union Organization” accolade from the Guangzhou Federation of Trade Unions and was named an “AIGC Innovative Enterprise in Guangzhou 2025” by the Guangzhou Internet Society.
The board states that achieving the outlined sustainability targets and digital-tourism upgrades will remain central to long-term value creation for stakeholders.
