CMBC Capital Publishes 2025 Annual Report; Sets 31 December 2026 Cut-Off for Printed Copy Requests

On 24 April 2026, CMBC Capital Holdings Limited announced that the company’s 2025 Annual Report, in both English and Chinese, is now accessible on its corporate website (www.cmbccap.com) and on the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders—those holding shares through the Central Clearing and Settlement System—can review the report online under the “Investor Relations” section. Shareholders who previously opted for hard copies will receive the printed report with this notice.

Key administrative arrangements: • Shareholders are encouraged to supply functional email addresses to their banks, brokers, custodians or nominees to ensure electronic notifications of future corporate communications. • Printed copies of the 2025 Annual Report, and any future corporate communications, can be requested via Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) or by email to is-ecom@vistra.com. • Requests for printed versions will remain effective until 31 December 2026 unless revoked or superseded; further written instructions will be required thereafter. • Enquiries should be directed to Tricor’s hotline at +852 2980 1333 (Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00, excluding Hong Kong public holidays) or via email at is-ecom@vistra.com.
