World-Link Logistics Publishes 2025 Annual Report Online; Shareholders Asked to Confirm Communication Preferences

Bulletin Express04-29

On 29 April 2026, World-Link Logistics (Asia) Holding Limited released the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report on the company website (http://www.world-linkasia.com) and on the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who have previously opted for printed documents will receive hard copies by mail. Those experiencing difficulties with email notifications or online access may request printed versions of all current and future corporate communications by returning the enclosed Change Request Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. A prepaid mailing label is provided, and requests can also be submitted via email to 6083-ecom@vistra.com.

The company underscores that maintaining a functional email address is the shareholder’s responsibility. Without a valid address on record, shareholders will receive physical notices of publication and actionable corporate communications until an updated email address is supplied.

For enquiries, the registrar’s hotline (+852 2980 1333) is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., excluding public holidays.

The notice was issued under the authority of Chairman Yeung Kwong Fat.
