On December 19, JLMAG (Jl Mag Rare-Earth Co., Ltd.) responded to investor inquiries on an interactive platform, stating that Yin Hai New Materials is a production and processing enterprise specializing in comprehensive rare earth recycling. Its main products include praseodymium-neodymium oxide, dysprosium oxide, terbium oxide, gadolinium oxide, and other rare earth oxides.

The company's annual 5,000-ton rare earth waste comprehensive utilization project has received approval from relevant authorities in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and has obtained the ISO14021 Recycled Material Verification Statement issued by SGS.

JLMAG has established a rare earth recycling system and currently holds a 51% stake in Yin Hai New Materials, consolidating it into its financial statements. The company will leverage Yin Hai New Materials' expertise in the recycling sector to steadily increase the proportion of green recycled materials in its products, meeting client demand for recycled rare earth raw materials.
