China Construction Bank (00939) announced that on November 27, 2025, its second extraordinary general meeting of the year approved the proposal to elect Mr. Shi Jian as a non-executive director of the bank. The National Financial Regulatory Administration has now approved Mr. Shi Jian's qualification for the position, and he has officially assumed the role of non-executive director.
