Information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals that on June 9, Chairman Li Xinyan purchased an additional 996,000 shares of LONKING (HKEX: 03339).

The transaction was executed at an average price of approximately HK$2.7979 per share, involving a total sum of about HK$2.7867 million.

Following this acquisition, his latest shareholding stands at approximately 2.447 billion shares, representing a 57.17% stake in the company.

The filing notes that other related parties, including Ni Yinying, were involved in this transaction.

Supplementary information indicates that Mr. Li Xinyan is an executive director of the company. He and Ms. Ngai Ngan Ying (Ni Yinying) are husband and wife and are deemed to be interested in the same block of shares.
