An announcement from CENTRAL NEW EGY (01735) states that Mr. Tong Dazhao has resigned from his positions as the company secretary under Rule 3.28 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, the authorized representative under Rule 3.05, and the legal process agent for receiving legal documents and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance, effective from June 1, 2026.
Mr. Chen Jianeng has been appointed to assume the roles of company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent under the respective rules, effective from the same date, June 1, 2026.
