MAOYAN ENT Expands Issued Share Base by 11.75 Million Shares Through Scrip Dividend; Confirms Public Float Compliance

Hong Kong–listed Maoyan Entertainment (MAOYAN ENT) reported that its issued share capital rose by 11.75 million shares in August 2026, taking the total number of issued ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) to 1.17 billion as of 31 August 2026. The entire increase stemmed from a scrip dividend distribution executed on 21 August 2026 at HKD 4.538 per share, following shareholder approval on 23 June 2026. No treasury shares were held or cancelled during the period.

Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 2.50 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.00002 each, equivalent to total authorised capital of USD 50,000.

Under the Post-IPO Share Option Scheme, 5.30 million new options were granted and 5,785 options lapsed, lifting outstanding options to 19.58 million. No options were exercised during the month, and no funds were raised from option exercises. The Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme and the Restricted Share Unit Scheme recorded no movements. The company did not issue any warrants or convertible securities.

Maoyan confirmed that it complied with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 24.78 percent as at 31 August 2026.
