The company's IPO price was set at $4.00. Jaguar Uranium is a junior mining company based in Ontario, Canada, focused on the exploration and development of uranium resources in South America, primarily in Colombia and Argentina. Founded in 2022, the company has not yet generated revenue and currently holds three uranium exploration projects in Latin America. These include the Berlin project in Colombia, as well as the Laguna and Huemul projects in Argentina.
