On November 4, Deutsche Bank lifted its price target on Ferrari NV (NYSE: RACE) from 460 euros to 465 euros, while maintaining a "Buy" rating.
Analyst Nicolai Kempf noted that Ferrari's third-quarter earnings beat market expectations by roughly 3%, and the company raised its full-year guidance, reflecting its continued pricing power and earnings resilience in the luxury car market.
Deutsche Bank believes the earnings beat was mainly driven by strong contributions from special series models, the continued ramp-up of F80 production, and steady customer demand for personalized customization services.
Among these, the 2027 allocation for the all-electric model Luce has already sold out entirely, with order scheduling extending into 2028, further enhancing visibility for future revenue.
The bank pointed out that although the luxury car industry faces demand fluctuations, Ferrari, backed by its high-end product mix, personalized customization business, and ample order backlog, still demonstrates earnings stability and performance predictability superior to other luxury carmakers.
