Wuxi Taiji Industry Limited Corporation (600667.SH) announced that its subsidiary, Hitech Semiconductor, plans to sign an "Accounts Receivable Buyout Service Agreement" with CCB Taihu New Town Branch. Under the agreement, Hitech Semiconductor will transfer up to $85 million in accounts receivable generated from its business operations to CCB Taihu New Town Branch.

The receivables consist of expected payments from SK Hynix for November 2025 in full and partial payments for December 2025. CCB Taihu New Town Branch will pay Hitech Semiconductor a buyout price not exceeding $85 million, while Hitech Semiconductor will pay a buyout service fee to the bank.

Preliminary estimates indicate the total service fee will be approximately $285,000, though the final amount will be determined upon actual settlement.
