China Construction Bank (HKEX: 00939) advanced 2.65% to HK$8.51.
Bank of China (HKEX: 03988) was up 2.17%, trading at HK$5.19.
Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (HKEX: 01398) gained 1.88%, with its share price at HK$7.04.
