Greatview Aseptic Packaging Company Limited (GAPACK) has published the English and Chinese versions of its latest Circular, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Proxy Form on both the corporate website (www.greatviewpack.com) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders are encouraged to access these documents electronically. Printed copies are enclosed only for investors who previously elected the hard-copy option.

Shareholders experiencing difficulties with email notifications or online access can request printed versions of the current and all future corporate communications at no cost by completing and returning the reply form to GAPACK’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 468-ecom@vistra.com.

The company stresses the importance of maintaining a functional email address. Until a valid address is provided, GAPACK will dispatch notices of publication and actionable corporate communications in printed form.
