China Construction Bank Corporation (00939) reported that its Board of Directors convened a meeting on 28 November 2025 through written resolutions. All directors submitted their opinions on the same date, and the meeting adhered to relevant laws and the company’s Articles of Association.
The Board unanimously approved a proposal to donate HK$10 million to aid fire rescue and relief efforts in Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po District, Hong Kong. The funds will go toward emergency response, transitional housing arrangements, and post-disaster recovery. The resolution passed with 13 votes in favor, none against, and no abstentions.
