OOIL Publishes 2026 Interim Report and Expands Electronic Communication

Bulletin Express09-23

Orient Overseas (International) Limited (OOIL) confirmed on 24 September 2026 that its 2026 Interim Report is now accessible in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (https://www.ooilgroup.com) under “Financials (Interim & Annual Reports)” and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (https://www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders who are new to the register—or who previously elected to receive hard-copy materials—will receive a printed version of the Interim Report with the current mailing.

OOIL continues to advance its electronic dissemination strategy. Investors preferring prompt digital notifications can register an email address with the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, by completing and returning the enclosed request form. The same form allows holders to switch between electronic and printed formats and to select their preferred language for this and future corporate documents.

Enquiries regarding share registration matters can be directed to Computershare at +852 2862 8688 (9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, Hong Kong time) or via email at ooil@computershare.com.hk.

The company reiterates that electronic delivery remains the default channel, aligning with its ongoing commitment to operational efficiency and environmental responsibility.
