**Operations Intern**

What does this job involve? You will be responsible for the daily operations of the "Wave Studio" WeChat official account based on work needs. This includes content creation, brand building, enhancing user experience, mutual promotion for follower growth, and routine content reposting. You will also participate in various projects or brainstorming sessions from time to time, contributing your ideas and creativity.

We hope you possess the following qualities: 1. Understand the basic principles of operating content platforms like WeChat Official Accounts, Zhihu, and Weibo, and grasp the key methods for growing a follower base on each platform. 2. Have good news sensitivity and the ability to accurately judge information quality, knowing how to assess the caliber of an article. 3. Possess good aesthetic sense, able to find informative and value-adding images to accompany text, with a meticulous, almost obsessive-compulsive, attention to detail regarding text, layout, and images. 4. Demonstrate patience and a sense of responsibility towards work, possess professionalism and time management skills, and maintain sustained enthusiasm and curiosity. 5. Priority will be given to candidates with experience operating public accounts with millions of followers, those with operational resources, or those who can commit to a long-term internship.

**Video Planning Intern**

What does this job involve? 1. Video Thumbnail Design: Create thumbnails that align with video themes, ensuring they fit the style and specifications of platforms like Bilibili, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Video Channels, and Weibo to enhance video appeal. 2. Content Material Organization & Re-creation: Sort and categorize existing video materials, perform secondary creation, and design Xiaohongshu graphic content including image pairing, layout, and copy optimization. 3. Account Operation: Manage daily operations for accounts on various platforms, including content publishing, data monitoring, and adjusting strategies based on platform algorithms to boost exposure and fan interaction. Familiarity with optimal posting times, algorithm rules, and content review standards for each platform is needed to ensure compliance and maximize reach. 4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production team, communicate video design requirements, provide design feedback, and support the content production workflow. 5. Other Support Tasks: Assist the team in analyzing online video trends, participate in content reviews, and help improve overall operational efficiency.
