BRETON (01333) announced that the Board of Directors was informed by Mr. Chen Fangming, the Company's Chairman, General Manager, Executive Director, and controlling shareholder, that during the afternoon trading hours on the date of this announcement, Mr. Chen purchased a total of 55,000 Company H-shares on the market using his own funds, representing approximately 0.01% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
Following this share purchase, as of the date of this announcement, Mr. Chen holds a total of 118 million shares in the Company (comprising 57.8017 million domestic shares and 60.5599 million H-shares), representing approximately 30.38% of the total issued share capital of the Company (with a 41.76% holding in domestic shares and a 24.10% holding in H-shares).
Mr. Chen, Ms. Yang Hui, and Mr. Qiu Debo (acting in concert) entered into a Concert Party Agreement on December 30, 2025.
Following this share purchase, as of the date of this announcement, the concert parties collectively hold 124 million shares in the Company (including 57.8017 million domestic shares and 66.2277 million H-shares), representing approximately 31.83% of the total issued share capital of the Company (with a 41.76% holding in domestic shares and a 26.36% holding in H-shares).
According to Mr. Chen, he is confident about the future development prospects of the Group and does not rule out the possibility of considering further share purchases at an appropriate time, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
