Zhejiang Shibao Publishes 2025 Annual Report and Shifts to Full Electronic Communication

Bulletin Express04-22

Zhejiang Shibao Company Limited announced on 23 April 2026 that its 2025 Annual Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the HKEXnews website and the company’s homepage (www.zjshibao.com). The release coincides with the formal adoption of a paper-less communication model under Hong Kong Listing Rule 2.07A, which took effect on 31 December 2023.

The new arrangement mandates that all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be disseminated electronically. Printed copies will no longer be dispatched by default.

Registered shareholders are urged to:

1. Provide a functional email address by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. 2. Note that, without a valid email address on record, they will not receive electronic publication notices and will need to monitor the company’s and HKEXnews websites independently. 3. Request printed copies if required; such requests remain valid for one year from receipt.

For further assistance, shareholders may contact the share registrar on +852 2862 8688 during business hours. The board is chaired by Zhang Shi Quan.
