CROSSTEC Issues 80 Million Shares Following Bond Conversion

CROSSTEC (03893) announced that the company has received a conversion notice from MKI regarding the conversion of a portion of MKI's convertible bonds, with a principal amount of HK$8.8 million, at a conversion price of HK$0.11 per share. The conversion and issuance of a total of 80 million related conversion shares were completed on May 28, 2026. Following the issuance of these conversion shares and as of the date of this announcement, the company's total issued share capital has increased to 846.6 million shares. The conversion shares represent approximately 10.44% of the company's issued share capital immediately prior to the allotment and issuance of the conversion shares, and approximately 9.45% of the company's issued share capital as enlarged by the allotment and issuance of the conversion shares. MKI remains the company's largest shareholder, holding 244.7 million shares, representing approximately 28.90% of the company's issued share capital as enlarged by the allotment and issuance of the conversion shares as of the date of this announcement.
