The transaction was executed at an average price of approximately HK$45.8946 per share, involving a total sum of around HK$14.5348 million.
Following this acquisition, Manulife Financial Corporation's total shareholding in the company has increased to 6.6105 million shares. This represents a holding percentage of 6.12% of the issued share capital.
