Deep News03-18 20:51

On March 18, FAW Jiefang Group Co., Ltd. responded to investor inquiries on an interactive platform, stating that the hydrogen energy comprehensive application pilot policy introduced by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and two other departments will expand hydrogen application scenarios and reduce hydrogen usage costs. This is expected to positively boost sales of the company's hydrogen-powered commercial vehicles.

In the hydrogen energy field, the company adheres to a dual-technology strategy, advancing both hydrogen fuel cells and hydrogen internal combustion engines simultaneously. Its product lineup covers heavy-duty, medium-duty, light-duty, mini, and passenger vehicle platforms, focusing on multiple scenarios such as logistics and urban construction.

Both technological routes are positioned in the industry's first tier. In fuel cells, the company possesses core technologies, with liquid hydrogen heavy-duty trucks achieving a range exceeding 1,000 kilometers. The hydrogen internal combustion engine is independently developed and has already commenced demonstration operations in heavy-duty vehicles, accumulating over 60,000 kilometers in road tests, demonstrating leading technical capabilities in the industry.
