US Raises Concerns Over Potential ASML EUV Machine to China, Dutch Firm Denies Breach

Deep News06-19 18:00

Recently, US Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick has expressed concerns in a series of meetings with Dutch lithography giant ASML Holding NV, alleging that an extreme ultraviolet (EUV) lithography machine may have entered China, which, if true, would constitute a serious violation of current export control regulations.

ASML Holding NV has firmly denied this accusation, explicitly stating that it has never delivered any EUV system to China and that the US Commerce Department has not publicly presented any related evidence to the media or to ASML.
