Lingyi iTech Sets 29 October 2026 Board Meeting to Review Nine-Month Results

Lingyi iTech (Guangdong) Company announced that its Board of Directors will convene on Thursday, 29 October 2026. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the consolidated results for the nine months ended 30 September 2026 and to authorise their publication. Additional routine matters may also be addressed.

The meeting notice was signed by Chairwoman, Executive Director and General Manager Ms. Zeng Fangqin on 16 October 2026 in Hong Kong. As of the announcement date, the Board comprises seven members: Executive Directors Zeng Fangqin, Jia Shuangyi and Huang Jinrong; Non-executive Director Wei Zhenghui; and Independent Non-executive Directors Lau Kin Shing Charles, Cai Yuanqing and Ruan Chao.
