Disclosures from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveal that on April 10, a shareholder of AOM INT'L (00381) deposited shares with Baoxin Securities. The deposited shares have a market value of HK$23.45 million, representing 5.92% of the company's issued share capital. Separately, AOM INT'L announced that on April 2, 2026, the company proposed to issue 147.3 million subscription shares to Ms. Ou Zhu. The subscription price is approximately HK$0.270 per share. The total subscription proceeds payable by the subscriber under the subscription agreement, amounting to roughly HK$39.77 million, will be settled by offsetting the full amount of a debt obligation. The subscription price represents a discount of approximately 19.40% compared to the closing price of HK$0.335 per share on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on the date of the subscription agreement. Furthermore, AOM INT'L released its annual results for the period ended December 31, 2025. The group reported revenue of HK$301 million, a decrease of 22.25% year-on-year. The loss attributable to the company's owners was HK$122 million, an increase of 43.86% compared to the previous year. The loss per share was HK14.17 cents.
