This service focuses on the winter driving pain points of northern users and covers eight provincial-level regions: Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang, Qinghai, Gansu, and Ningxia. The campaign period runs from October 15, 2026 to March 31, 2027.
According to the official service poster, this winter protection program includes a total of "six complimentary protections" benefits, specifically covering: 15 winter-specific inspections, including item-by-item checks of the battery, tire pressure, and brakes; free loaner snow chains for icy and snowy roads; winter tire replacement service with labor fees waived; free storage service on behalf of customers for the tires that are swapped out; unlimited road rescue with no cap on frequency, mileage, or cross-city use; and free door-to-door vehicle delivery for out-of-town repairs.
It is worth noting that a note at the bottom of the poster indicates that tire storage is supported only at certain service centers, and each store is limited to the first 100 users, with specific details requiring inquiry through Xiaomi Auto's official customer service or app.
