WANGUO GOLD GP (ASX: 03939) has announced that Mr. Liu Zhichun has stepped down from his role as an executive director, effective from the conclusion of the company's Annual General Meeting.
Following his departure, Mr. Liu Zhichun will no longer serve as a member of the company's remuneration committee.
The board has also announced that, in light of Mr. Liu's departure, Ms. Gao Jinzhu, an executive director, has been appointed as a member of the remuneration committee, with the appointment taking effect from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting.
