NEXCHIP issues 10.89 million H shares via partial over-allotment option, enlarging share capital by 5.04%

Nexchip Semiconductor Corporation disclosed on 11 August 2026 that it has issued and allotted 10.89 million H shares following the partial exercise of the over-allotment option announced on 6 August 2026.
