On 21 September 2026, Kuaishou Technology filed a Next Day Disclosure Return detailing both a fresh share repurchase and a minor option-related share issue that together adjusted its Class B share capital structure.

The company distributed 10,000 new Class B shares following the exercise of employee stock options granted under the Pre-IPO incentive scheme adopted on 6 February 2018. The shares were issued at HKD 0.3273 each, expanding the Class B share count by 0.0002% to 3,664.17 million.

Separately, Kuaishou acquired 486,000 Class B shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 30.68 to HKD 30.86, for total consideration of HKD 14.97 million. These shares are earmarked for cancellation.

Including this latest transaction, 24.21 million Class B shares have been repurchased but not yet cancelled between 20 August and 21 September 2026. Under the current shareholder mandate approved on 25 June 2026, the company is authorised to buy back up to 432.69 million shares; cumulative repurchases now stand at 36.51 million, representing 0.84% of the issued share base at the mandate date.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Kuaishou is subject to a 30-day moratorium on new share issues following the latest buyback, extending through 21 October 2026.
